Thông thường, lượng caffeine khuyến nghị là 400mg mỗi ngày đối với người lớn, tương đương khoảng 4-5 tách cà phê.

Bảo Quản Sản Phẩm

Cà phê rất nhạy cảm với tác động của môi trường bên ngoài.
