The default grind size of the product is suitable for Vietnamese drip brewing, it will be slightly finer than pour-over and slightly coarser than espresso, however, you can still use it for brewing with these methods.

Here is a guide to brewing with the Vietnamese Phin Filter:

Put ground coffee into the filter.

The amount of coffee is about 15-20g.

Flatten the surface.

Gently shake to level the surface of the grounds.

Press gently

Place the filter-press on top and gently press while rotating to level the coffee grounds.

Pour water into the filter cap.

Pour hot water into the filter cap. The amount of water is about half of the filter cap.

Let it steep for about one minute.

Place the filter on top of the cap to allow the water to soak up through.

Arrange the tools.

Place the filter plate on the cup, then place the coffee filter on top.

Pour water for the first time.

The amount of water used is about 10-15ml, then wait for about 30 seconds. This step is to stabilize and ensure even water absorption. After that, you can consider and choose one of the two methods in step 08-A or 08-B."

In the subsequent pours, if you intend to use it with ice, pour an additional 20-30ml, and if you're drinking it hot, pour 40-60ml.

In this method, you divide it into several pours, each time about 15-20ml and wait for about 15-20s. And pay attention to the amount of coffee extracted in the cup, if drinking with ice, only about 40ml is needed, and if drinking hot, about 50-70ml is sufficient.

Thông thường, lượng caffeine khuyến nghị là 400mg mỗi ngày đối với người lớn, tương đương khoảng 4-5 tách cà phê.

Bảo Quản Sản Phẩm

Cà phê rất nhạy cảm với tác động của môi trường bên ngoài. Vì vậy, để chất lượng sản phẩm giữ được lâu nhất trong quá trình sử dụng, bạn nên tránh để sản phẩm tiếp xúc trực tiếp với ánh nắng; đảm bảo cất trữ nơi khô thoáng; đóng kín bao bì ngay sau khi sử dụng để hạn chế thời gian tiếp xúc với không khí.
